Gravicask at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival 2022, Marquee Bar. Shared with Finn. Coal black body, bare naked surface, scattered lacing. Inviting smell of nutty chocolate, mildly roasted. Fine Malt-forward flavours of nuts, oats, and chocolate, lactose backbone. Nuts and chocolate to the ending. Quite well bodied for the low abv. Nice. (Nottingham 13.10.2022).

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours almost black with virtually no head. Malts to the fore in the aroma, along with lactose. In the mouth it is sweet with a milky texture. Flavour is mainly dark fruits alongwith malts. Later some hints of aniseed as well. No sign of coconut though. Finish is fruity and slightly dry. Not at all bad.
