All aboard! Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater and Buddeslhip brewery set sail to unveil the hidden treasures of the newly discovered phantasm hops. Together they brewed a hazy cold ipa, bursting with tropical flavors from cryo simcoe, citra, mosaic hops and phantasm. Absolutely hunky dory!

Poured from 440mL can (batch 24; thanks 24). Chill hazed yellow gold with small white head. Crisp, grapefruit hops, hint of grassiness. Decent.

440mL can, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of melon, citrusy hops, some grass, and a touch of pine. Flavour has plenty of candied melon, grassy hops, pine, some citrus. A bit messy and too candied, but not bad.

On tap at 2. Bremer Bierbrautage. Cloudy pale golden with a white head in the glass. Smells dry fruity, grape, but in a smooth way. NZ hops. Mid carbonated. Really nice one.

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of citrusy bitter hops, floral hops, grapefruit. Taste of dry grassy and citrusy hops, grapefruit, pine, pale malt, long bitter finish.

At Oorlam: pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is lightly citric, floral. Taste is mellow, low bitterness, light sweetness. Nice finish.
