33 cl bottle @ Bryggeri Helsinki, BBE 12/2017. Rated on 27.02.2015
Aroma is quite strong on hay. Also oaty malt, roastiness and sweet malty tones. Flavour has salty licorice, rubbery tones and herbs. Too much harsh bitterness here.

33cl bottle. Black colored, thin brown head. Grainy, roasty, woody aroma, some vanilla. Tempting. Lots of ash in flavor. Woody, hoppy, roasty as well. Points for being so dry.

Pours black, small head. Aroma is thick, sweet and full of coffee. Roasted malts bring in some extra sourness into the body. Taste is also thick, heavy roast. Tobacco, smoke and large dark plum with a bitter deed. Taste lingers for longer, slightly sweet, fruity. Good beer for slow sipping.

0,33L bottle, BB 12.2017. Pours dark brown-black with brown head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is intense roast, malt, oak, some alcohol. Flavor is sweet, coffee, dark chocolate, roast, malt. Overall: lovely brew, feels so simple, but at the same time very heavy and intense. I would really love to share this beer with someone, not because it’s bad, but because it just feels like it wants to be shared :) Update: 9+ months old sample, and I like it even more. Bump +1 to overall.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 12/2017, at Drink Baar, 20141227) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and rather brown. Aroma had roasted malts, liquorice and sweetness. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, wood, liquorice, ash and bitterness. Afteraste was burnt, woody and bitter. A rather nice dry imperial stout.
