330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Fawn-coloured, bubbly head, almost black body, scattered lacing. Inviting aromas of chocolate and liquorice. Rather sweet taste of cocoa-chocolate and liquorice supported by impacts of dried fruits. Warmth from the alcohol to a long-lived sweet malty ending. Nice, a little too sweet in the long run. Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Svart. Mokkafarget skumring. Sjokoladearoma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lakris, kirsebær & nøtter. Tørre kirsebær i avslutninga. Alkoholen lurer i bakgrunnen.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Vormsi Tammine Õlu ].[ Courtesy of my EU Secret Winter Santa 2015 - rosenbergh]. Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, wood, chocolate, dark malt, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, alcohol, roasted, chocolate - coffee, dark malt, buzzy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170506] 7-4-7-3-14

Bottled (tnx Rönne!). More or less black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is alcohol, some toffee, roasted notes as well as some nutty and chocolaty notes. Flavour is sweet liquorice, with some alcohol, toffee, mild roasted notes as well as some tart wooden notes and quite a nice bitterness balancing the sweeter elements up.

Fast schwarze Farbe, mittelgroße bräunliche schaumkrone. Geruch süß röstmalzig, schokoladig, Kaffee, Kekse. Geschmack süß Röstmalzig, Vanille, Schokolade, leicht holzig, süß, leicht alkoholisch.

Many thanks to rosenbergh for this bottle! Extremely dark with lots of dark caramel and malt in the nose. The beer has some hints of sour bitterness, very intense and viscous. Thick, extremely heavy. Tons of burned malt, moderate bitterness, full and thick dry body. Long intense roasted aftertaste. Not easy to drink, but full of aroma. Roasted grain, fresh intense bitterness. Great and thick!

33cl bottle from Drink Shop, Tallinn. Pours black with a modest beige head. Aroma of roasted malt with some almost vinous notes, cocoa, licorice, dark fruits, alcohol, caramel and hints of wood. Fairly sweet with medium flavour intensity, some slightly sour notes and a fairly light bitterness in the finish. Feels a bit thin and the carbonation is on the soft side. Drinkable winter warmer, but not impressive.
