# 3312; 11/2022. As 1516 Kimber Ale. Malty, roasty, spicy, light chocolate aroma. Clear pale brown body, persistant off-white head. Bread, roasty, malty, pepery. Good alt. 0,4 l, draught, brewpub, Vienna.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- toased malts, bread crusts, touch of red berries and dark plums. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Draught at the brewpub, medium bubbly head, clear very deep red color, very caramely, a bit of hay, hint of plums, light bitterness. Fair and drinkable but not too exciting.

Tap. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, earthy, lightly herbal hops, quite restrained. Taste is berries, earthy, caramel, yeast. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Alright.

Tap. Cloudy dark brown. Caramel nose, chewy medium full, mellow, chocolate notes, a hint licorice, good hop balance.

Tap at the source. Pours copper. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, cocoa, malt. Finish is sweet and malty. Overall: ok

F: big, bit tanned, average retention. C: dark coppery to brown, hazy. A: malty, caramel, bready, toast, bit fruity. T: malty, caramel, bit bready, dry on the palate, roasted tones even, medium body and carbonation, good one, enjoyed, from tap @ brew pub visited 11.9.

Tap, backlog. Roasty grains, toffee, popcorn, some cheesy yeast. Low sweetness, low bitterness, uneventful but nice.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours brown with a creamy beige head. Medium body. Flavor is chocolate and nutty. Moderately dry and decently hoppy. More English brown than amber for me.
