frothy white head. Malt forward but beautiful hop character of citrus and orange pekoe. Amazing spicy hop character. Sharp bitterness. Malt character isn’t amazing but hops are amazing. Again this is super fresh and I love this but not as good as the California ipa. Still having a hop farm and making these type of beers is unique and I like this
