Smell of red wine, port. Opaque rust colour, short head. Aroma of red wine, raisins, some dried fruit, sugary finish. Medium sour, medium sweet. Soft carbon.

Bottle at BBT 6/2024. 2021 harvest, as it says on the label. This one is a bit bretty and wild too. Med-thin body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light sourness, light tartness and sweetness. Feels a bit off, an acetic hint. Moderate dried fruits, raisiny, grapey. The least good one from the trio, I liked 8% best, 9% average and this one the least. Also interesting that it got the most funk with the highest ABV. But possible the causation went the other way around. Average-ish for me.

BBT 06/2024. Cloudy amber color with white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, grapes, funk. Taste is caramel, malt, grapes, raisins, alcohol. Good sipping beer.

Bottle at BBT 06/2024. Sour fruity aroma and taste with dark malts notes, caramel, funky notes, medium bitter, ligbt to medium sour. Medium to full body, malty caramelly fruity sour and bitter finish with warming alcohol notes. Ok.

Amber color with low white head. Aroma: apples, funk, tart, light acetone. Taste: candyish, dry, slightly tarty, funky, mineral. Full body, moderate carbonation, low bitterness.

Vollmundiger fruchtiger Beginn, Trauben, milde Säure. Geringe Herbe, schwer getreidig, weiter angenehm fruchtig. Spritzig, auch wenn das Bier mit der Zeit schwerer wird, langer Abgang, harmonisch, der Alkohol ist selten erkennbar. 10/8/9/9/11/9

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Sahar's place. 2021 bottle. Cloudy amber. Malt, caramel, oxidation, alcohol, a bit of wine, cardboard, some fruitiness, boozy, sweetish-sourish-umami.
