The original Grodzisk beer has made a comeback after many years of absence. The goal was to revive the legend, the only Polish style of beer. It has been referred to as a “champagne among beers” for its unique taste and high quality. Brewed according to a traditional recipe from Grodzisk using a local source of water, Grodzisk yeast, aromatic hops from the Lublin region and wheat malt smoked over oak wood,
-light smoked wheat beer,
-a noble flavour and aroma with a characteristic combination of smoke and hop notes,
-a distinct and pleasant bitterness,
-an extremely light, straw and golden hue,
-an excellent thirst quencher at any time of the day; refreshing and rich in flavour at the same time; an ideal companion to food,
-re-fermented in the bottle,
-high natural carbon dioxide content,
-a yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle,
-unpasteurised.

Aromat: ładny delikatny dymny aromat , nie jest to wędzonka szynkowa tylko subtelny zapach palonego drewna. Barwa: kolor słomkowy, jak postoi powinno być klarowne, w moim przypadku delikatnie przymglone . Piana: biała, drobno pęcherzykowa, zbita, bardzo obfita, trzeba umiejętnie nalewać żeby nie wyskoczyła z pokala, opada powoli tworząc po środku kremową wyspę a po bokach piękną koronkę na szkle. Smak: wytrawny, kwaskowaty, dymny. Piwo o wysokim nasyceniu, musuje w ustach jak szampan, myślałem że przy Ekstr. 7,7 będzie wodniste ale tak nie jest. Fajne piwo na lato, orzeźwiające, gaszące pragnienie i przede wszystkim nie upijające, ładna zdobiona butelka i etykieta jak z lat 90-tych.

Butelka 0.4l (11.01.2016). Piwo klarowne o slomkowej barwie z biala, gesta czapa piany, ladnie oblepiajaca szklo podczas opadania. Leciutka nuta wedzona w aromacie, poza tym niewiele sie dzieje. Piwo leciutkie, swieze, wysoko nasycone z delikatna wedzona nuta w posmaku.
