Brewed according to a traditional recipe from Grodzisk using a local source of water, Grodzisk yeast, aromatic hops from the Lublin region and wheat malt smoked over oak wood,
-light smoked wheat beer,
-a noble flavour and aroma with a characteristic combination of smoke and hop notes,
-a distinct and pleasant bitterness,
-an extremely light, straw and golden hue,
-an excellent thirst quencher at any time of the day; refreshing and rich in flavour at the same time; an ideal companion to food,
-re-fermented in the bottle,
-high natural carbon dioxide content,
-a yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle,
-unpasteurised.

Bottle sampled thanks to random stranger. Hazy pale yellow. Smoke, wheat, soft salt, light yeast, dough. Light sweet and sour. Watery. Nice smoke, otherwise not too interesting.

Em casa , Breslávia.Espuma branca alta de baixa duração. Cor de limonada.Carbono alto. Corpo fino.Aroma como o queijo polaco fumado e couve fermentada. Sabor a limão, carne fumada, salgada. Não beberia sempre mas é uma cerveja diferente que vale a pena provar.

28/02/2022 Aromat wędzonej szynki, delikatny kwaśny owoc i pszeniczny, Biała obfita piana z czasem opadająca, nieklarowne, słomkowa barwa Smak kwaśny wyraźnie, lekko gorzkie, słodyczy mało Bardzo musujące lekkie, orzeźwiające, finisz kwaśny wędzony. Ogólnie lekkie i wędzone kwaśne pszeniczne na upały dobre.

Pite wiele razy, nie wiem czemu nie ocenione. Teraz pod etykietą Piwo Grodziskie. Słomkowe, niemal idealnie klarowne, piana na początku grubopęcherzowa, redukuje się do cienkopęcherzowej, długo się utrzymującej. W aromacie wędzonka, oscypek, w tle delikatne zioła. Nie jest to buchająca wędzonka, ale przyjemna. W smaku wędzonka, oscypek, ognisko. Goryczka zaznaczona, niska, ziołowa. Wodniste. Przyjemnie musujące. Klasa sama w sobie.
