Very rustic, yeasty, peaches, hay and modestly bitter and slightly tart. Slightly warming. I loved this and very old world feel to this. I could drink this by the liter. Much different than new world farmhouse ale

Almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of spices, pale malt, straw. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, spices, yeast.
