Spontan vergorener Perlwein aus Äpfeln, Quitten und Mispeln von unseren Streuobstwiesen. Frisch, fruchtig und mit einer ausgeprägten Säure. Ein Jahr lang in Rotweinfässern vergoren. Ernte des Jahres 2022. Schmeckt nach fluffigem Brioche, gereifter Ananas und frischen Zitronen!

Poured hazy light golden in color.
Apples, ripeness, pretty delicate. Light funk.

TCBW2025. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, floral, fruity, some mild quinces and mild tart/sourness. Flavour is kind of floral, some sweetish tart apples with some quinces and mild herbal tones.

Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of tart mid sweet apples, sulfur. Taste of sour dry apples, sulfur, vinegar.
