"Classic Ale" ist eine österreichische Interpretation eines American Pale Ale. Pale Ale ist ein obergäriger Biertyp, der sich durch die Verwendung einer speziellen Alehefe und den Einsatz von aromatischen Hopfensorten auszeichnet. Eine weitere Besonderheit dieses Bieres ist
die Anwendung des sogenannten „Hopfenstopfens". Hierbei wird das fertig vergorene Bier mit Aromahopfen versetzt. Daraus resultiert ein flüchtiges Buletten, das an exotische Früchte und Zitrusfrüchte erinnert.

Tastes washcloth, earthy, peppery, tobacco, bit leathery, grains. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of rye, earthy and peppery notes. Ok, not overly clean, not the greatest balance

Tap at Brewpub. Amber golden color with white head. Aroma of malt, lifˇght oxidation, orange marmalade. Taste starts malty, followed by light hoppy bittternes with oranges, tangerines, zest, marmalade, papery.
