Bottle. Hazy pinkish-red color with white head. Aroma is currant and elderflower. Taste is strong elderflower, dash of quince, juicy and flowery. A bit tart too. Sparkling carbonation. Good one!

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival 2024. Pours red with small white head. Mostly apples, apple skins, moderate sourness, tad sweet, easy drinkable, medium carbonation.

From 0,75l bottle shared at Arrogant Sour Fest, Reggio Emilia. Red hazy color, small white head. smells red currants, herbal, elder flowers, light Estragon. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, berry notes, tobacco, earthy, bit Sulphur, rhubarby. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of berries, herbal and peppery. Nice stuff, very good balance
