Esta collab entre a RIMA, MADAM Lindinha Lucas e MØM, criou uma cerveja estilo Pastry Fruited Gose com uma nota de funky.
A adição do caramelo e pêra numa cerveja Gose, cria um mix de sensações gustativas entre o sweet, sour, citric e salty em que o funky oferece a drinkability que merece.

Ravfarga, uklår, lågt kvitt skum. Lukt av brent transistor, lyche. Søt og vassen smak, preglaus.

Draught at Bådin Beer Fest 2024. Hazy golden body, tiny white head, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of mid-sweet fruit, mid-dry. Blended taste of slightly tart citrus fruits, joined by a touch of banana, and offset by mid-sweet malts. Rounded ending, on the sweet side of tart and sweet. Decent. (Bodø, 01.06.2024).
