Color amarillo pajizo, turbia, espuma blanca efervescente que aunque amaina rápido se recupera fácilmente al mover la copa. Aroma a pan, granero, levadura, citricos, clavo de olor. En boca es ligera, refrescante, seca, dulzor ligero, suave acidez, escaso amargor, notas de trigo, pan, especias. Una Weissbier aceptable, de nivel medio, muy bebible y de fácil disfrute.

330ml bottle as Althaia Mediterranean Weissebier, bought at El Rincon del Catador. Late straw coloured body with a wheat haze, spotty lacing from a low white head. Quite inviting aromas of grassy hops, wheat and a citric note. Similar taste of citric wheat, lightly spiced. Wheat fruity finish. Refreshing weissbier version.
