Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, cracker, biscotto, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Very short-lived, small off-white head over cold hazed yellow-golden beer. Herbal, spicy malts' nose, some grains; fresh if neutral. Cardboard, old cookies, oxydized malts; dry leafy spices, bit grassy. Light, high carbonation, slick. "Birra artigianale non filtrata"... but it tastes pretty much as a global beerfactory product. And if, as the BBd claims, it's still OK for another year and half, whence the oxydation?

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grassy, grainy, floral, slightly leathery and citrusy. Pours hazy dark golden color with thick creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and grainy, following is yeasty, grassy and floral, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Relatively cheap and quite good…

Softens down after awhile, light stone fruit notes. Malty background. Flavour is dry, citrusy, orange. Light to moderate bitterness. Slightly juicy. Sweetness. Bready background. Light bitterness finish.
