This is an experiment with hop formats using 4 different versions of Mosaic - Cryo, whole leaf, Spectrum and T90 - to see how intense we can make it. Expect rich tropical fruits, citrus and earthy pine.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge. Remaining white head, hazy golden-yellowish body, rings of lace down the glass. Promising floral fruity aromas, hints of spices. Hop fruity taste with moments of grapefruit, peaches and juicy oats, lightly spices. Oily hops to the finish, mid-dry. Pretty decent. Okay with our Sunday turkey dish. (Tromsø, 11.06.2023).
