Vallilan Utu on Usvan nuorempi sisarus, tyyliltään mieto New England IPA, jossa on 1,7 % alkoholia. Mausta ei ole tingitty – käytämme Vallilan Udussa samoja humalia ja hiivaa kuin Usvassa. Vallilan Udussa maistuvat niin sitruksen kuin trooppisten hedelmien aromit, ja sen runko on keskitäyteläinen. Vallilan Utu on raikas ja maukas olut, joka sopii loistavasti janojuomaksi tai mausteisten ruokien kumppaniksi.

330ml bottle sold to me by djoeye. Bright golden body, bubbly patches on the surface, scattered lacing. Aromas of grass and dusty hops. Canned fruity flavours, moments of vegetables and grass. Short, drying close. Soft carbonated. Diluted as expected. Quite well made for the low abv. Food friendly. (Tromsø, 04.04.2023).

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 04/2022 Aroma has tropical fruits, fruit candy and sweet caramel-y malt. Flavour has grapefruit, plastic vibes, minerals. Dry finish with milky oaty tones turning to grapefruity snd grassy hops. Watery of course but good for this ABV.

Smell of pineapple, citrus. Hazy honey colour, off-white head. Aroma of harsh hops, some citrus peel, spruce. Finishes with grapefruit. Impressive body for this ABV, althougn a bit watery. Lively carbon. Bitter.

Light, hoppy, bitter, pretty sharp. No body, watery. Not good.

33cl bottle. Poured clear golden color. Thin white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, light and quite refreshing. Mild bitterness. Ok.
