The beer we created is a Wit style with oats, loads of wheat, coriander, orange peel, plus Loral and Amarillo hops.
The hops accent an orange flavour, which works so well in a Wit.

Can from Discovery Beers. Hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of jelly babies, lillies and lemon meringue. Flavour of flower petals and grapefruit zest. Medium body with a smooth texture. Very soft fizz. The flavour of sharper than the aroma suggests. It’s good, but a touch sharp for me to love it.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Oslo City. Decent white head over a misty golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate aromas of citrus, mid-dry. Citrus flavoured with orange up front, subdued hints of spices and wheat. Drying close with hints of citrus peels. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Oslo 17.03.2023).

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Citrus and light spice nose. This certainly lacks the usual characteristics of a wheat beer, can't discern any coriander or orange peel. it's got a salty citrusy taste. Lots of bitter citrus coming through in the tail end. It's alright.
