YG 231224. Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is bread, kveik, caramel, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is bread, kveik, caramel, pine, grapefruit, yeast. OK beer.

Bottle. A hazy reddish brown beer with a small off-white head. Toffee, dark berries, candy, spices, some bread and a citrusy touch in the aroma. It's full-bodied and gently carbonated and bittered, rather dry, with with a fruity-sweet flavor. Candy, dried fruit, some fresh tropical sweet fruit and a good dash of bready, toffeeish malts. Lightly roasted and spiced. Cocoa hints. Medium length finish with some orange hints. Feels a bit messy this one, but interesting at the same time. There's something about it that I can't really pin point, but it kinda works. 241222

Batch 377. Dyp mørkebrun. Uklar. Lavt luftig skum som daler sakte. Aroma av søte bær. Smaken tørket frukt. Innslag av karamell. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

330ml bottle, batch 269, bought at Vinmonopolet Oslo City. A fawn-coloured head over a hazy dark brownish body, spotty lacing. Promising toffee nose, hints of stewed fruits. Rather sweet blended taste of biscuit, dark fruits, and caramel malts, a bit jam-like. Slightly spiced fruity end. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Frogner, Oslo 22.11.2022).
