This Export Porter was fermented with the same yeast as our Helles Lager - Mixtape,then cold-conditioned at 0c for 4 weeks to create a robust and smooth Porter, with light notes of caramel, dates, and raisins

Half-pint, on tap at True Craft. Steady fawn-coloured head blanketing the glass, coal black body. Smell of roasted dark malt, added by a scent of dried fruits. Mixed taste of chocolate malts, bread, and prominent raisin. Roasted ending, smooth and mid-sweet. Pretty good. (Tottenham, London 06.11.2022).
