ニュージーランドホップは他の国のホップと明らかに違う
白ぶどうやパッションフルーツ、ライムのような明るいキャラクターがあってとても好きです。
その中でも厳選したホップだけを使用しています。

Turbid golden white color. Frothy white head. Tons of over ripe mangoes and citrus notes. Modestly dank. Full bodied alcohol will hidden. It’s good and nothing wrong but also can’t say I really loved this. Hops don’t shine as much as I hoped

Can from Liquors Kalahana. Pours a glowing, neon straw gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Peach, gummy bears, mango and bright citrus dominate the nose. Palate is similar with a nice bitter, pithy bite and scratchy carbonation. Drying finish with grapefruit pith, papaya, kiwi and starfruit.

Tap at Molto. Pale pastel yellow, hazy. Nose is strong, dry tropical fruits and citrus, grapefruit. Doesn't particularly pop out at you. Strong and boozy, fruity hop flavor, again is ok but not all that juicy. Too strong, kinda burns. Dry finish. Did not impress.
