33cl bottle. Best before 4.1.16. Pours deep amber and a thick white head. Tart, sour fruity notes with dupont yeast clearly noticeable. Flavor has passion fruit, mango and sour notes. Zesty touch to it. Dry finish, lingonberry tartness actually.

Cask gravity at Reading Beer Festival 2015. Clear amber. Saison yeast aroma. Some funk in the mouth for sure. Some red fruit flavour in the mouth. Some dryness on the finish. Fruity Saison. Good to have something different. It’s fine. Decent Saison.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt. with citric and hoppy notes and some funky touches. Bitter, hoppy onset, replaced by salty and vinous notes and faint, sweetish, malty notes. Acidic aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ales by Mail. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma has lots of citrus and tropical fruits, nectarine, peach, orange, mango. Light to medium sweet flavor with decent citric bite, some tart lemon aspects, light bready sugars, more mango, papaya, tangerine, mandarin orange. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish with some rindy citrus bitterness, slight citric astringency, more lightly tangy citrus, lemon, some earth, grass. Interesting and not bad, but it just doesn’t all hang together as well as it could.

Cask handpump at the Bree Louise. Golden / light orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is sharp lemon citrus, hay, earthy straw, pithy grapefruit. Flavour is composed of bitter pithy grapefruit, orange rind and some biscuity grains, but the bitter lemon dominates and is out of balance. Palate is medium bodied with a little citric acid note and nice cask condition. Didn’t get much saison yeast or pomegranate. I feel that they have missed the mark a bit.
