Bières brassées selon la méthode traditionnelle du lambic belge, inspirée ici par la Kriek. MT pour Méthode Traditionnelle soit un assemblage de bières de un, deux et trois ans. Hapax Cerise est un assemblage 1,2,3 avec macération de cerise griotte. Bière 100% spontanée, brassée en hiver, refroidie en coolship et entonnée en futs de chêne. Complexe, équilibrée, acidité modérée, très fruitée et gourmande mais non sucrée. Potentiel de garde 5 ans minimum.

A hazy pinkish red beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour red berries, red grapes, lactic fruits. Taste of lactic red fruits, berries, grapes, brett. Good.

From tap at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2024. Really delicious cherry aroma with light funk, jammy cherry, cherry cake. Tart cherry flavour with a little sweetness, medium sour. Body is medium. Rich.
