12 oz. bottle
8.0% ABV

$14.49 4-pk @ Publix
AROMA: Strong scents of bourbon and cherry followed by mild scents of vanilla and (strangely enough) chocolate.
APPEARANCE: Pours an clear dark-amber, with a thin, light-tan head that dissipates very quickly, with no lacing.
TASTE: I'm first hit with a fair amount of sweetness with a strong flavor of cherry. It then quickly transitions to a mild amount of tartness with mild flavors of bourbon, oak, and vanilla. The finish is slightly dry with just a hint more of that cherry tartness.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-bodied with a slightly sticky texture. Carbonation is average.
OVERALL: Personally, I would have liked more tartness. Especially for something labeled "Tart Cherry". Having said that, I did find the flavor to be nice. It was sweet, but not overly sweet. And as the beer warmed, the bourbon and oak aromas really started to meld better with the flavors. Which made for a more enjoyable experience.

Light amber in color with a very light haze and a small head. Aroma is fruity, vanilla-caramel and bourbon barrel. Taste is also fruity light cherry, vanilla-caramel, and bourbon barrel. Not really tart.

Bourbon, cherry, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy reddish amber with moderate head. Moderately sweet bourbon, cherry, milk, wheat malt, and mildly bitter grass and alcohol flavor. Good body.

Smells of bourbon, caramel malt, and mild cherries. The flavor is sweet and caramelly with prominent bourbon and cherries that come out more as it warms. The combination works well here. It's maybe a little sweeter than is ideal for me, but it's still very good.

12oz bottle. Didn't love it - copper color, unique in flavor - enjoyable for a few sips but hard to drink more.

Capped 12 from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear amber orange with a transient white head. Aroma is sort of wheat and cherry. Med body. Flavor has cherry and bourbon. Some light oak astringency. Not dry. Not bitter. Not very tart. Pleasant tho.

Caramel orange with a small white head. Flavor of moderate whiskey and sweet cherries. Long finish. Medium body. One of their better efforts.
