YG 100624. Dark brown color with an off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, dried fruit, bread. Nice beer.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted and some mild earthy tones with nutty and some slight chocolaty tones. Flavour is roasted malts, some chocolate, old cold coffee and some mild liquorice to it. Ashy and bitter finish.

Can. It's a dark brown beer, unclear, with a minimalistic off-white head. The aroma has lots of oats and coffee, with some dark chocolate, toffee and bread crust. It's a bit thin on the palate, gently carbonated and softly bittered. Coffee, burnt notes, roasted malts, toast, dark chocolate and some dark dried fruit in the flavor. Lasting finish. A beer that showcases what I've considered as the problem with Swedish beer, it's too gentle and too light bodied. But still nice. 240810

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Black, minimal head. Aroma of licorice and saké. Dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel.Licorice, burnt grain and salmiak. Mid butter finish.
