Wineglass showing opaque dark gold with no head.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of honey and light mango.

The palate is lightly carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with a light astringency and a searing stone fruit acidity. Lightly intense notes of plum and mild apricot.

From bottle at Constellation, Budapest, after seeing Rheingold at the Wagner days at Müpa. Hazy straw colour. Diminishing white head. Excellent aroma and taste of brett, orange wine, green grapes, dry white wine and marmalade. Very good!

Tap at Brasserie Arnage, Cesena, Italy. Pours partially hazy, dark blonde, with very fine white foam. Aroma is funky, even a little acetic. Body is average, with moderate carbonation and marked astringency. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is fairly long.

Very high sourness, med-light tartness too. Dry, low sweetness. Med-light horsey funk. Little else present. Good, but feels a bit simple and definitely out of balance.

Bottle @ Telfords. Hazy orange golden body under a fine, moderate sized off-white head. Nice funky aroma with acid, plums, grapes and citric fruits. The taste is quite acidic, and bone dry with lots of plum, hint of citric fruits, some wood, barnyard and medium funk. Fine balanced body with a tart and acidic finish. Nice and refreshing, but a bit much on the acidic side. I need some kind of snack/food if I should drink a lot of this.
