2023 harvest Good, reasonably stable, just off-white head, pale yellow-orangey beer with Champenoise pearling. Horseblanket, saddlesoap, and - surprise, surprise - mirabelles (yellow plums). Lactic acid, fruitacids, suggestion of fruitsugars; plums, stonefruit, farmyard flavours. Yellow apples, if more sour. It's fruitslickness as filling in the acidthinned beer. Light acidburn; good carbonation. Excellent fruitlambic.

2023 Oogst at 7.1% ABV on tap at Van Moll fest. The aroma1s banging, intense plums, nice funk, inviting acidity, a hint of apples as well. In taste it's more flat and less intense, a lot more simple too

Ratebeer Odense, November Tasting. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with plum and wood. Dry and tart fruity flavour with light funky notes. A bit too much fruit for my taste.

Pours dark, unclear amberblonde. Small white head. Scent is bit 'dusty'. Loads of white skin (citrus) , bit soapy almost. Taste is sharp, tart, still think of it as a bit 'soapy'. Citrus, the white zesty skin of oranges. Also very fruity, not only zest. Nice, but perhaps not my favorite fruit selection.

Interesting, ville kanskje nen høflig engelskmann sagt. 2023-utgave.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with off-white head. Aroma of phenols, lemons. Tastes pretty sour. Thin bodied, warming alcohol. Should be a blend of lambics, but this beer lacks the characteristics of a lambic.
