Pours a clear pale golden body and a small white head with little retention. Aroma's: malty, fruity, herbal, like cough candy. Retronasal it's quite herbal, but in an interesting way. Not sure which herbs, thyme maybe? Flavour is light moderate malty sweet and herbal. Light bodied. Light bitter finish.

Lots of interesting notes coming through from the local plants. Herbal sage, green. Malty.
