White Zen is een fris tarwebier dat we brouwen met verschillende soorten bloesem. Vol van smaak en met het aroma van fruitbomen in bloei. Zo dorstlessend dat kraanwater er jaloers op wordt.

Ga voor die druppel tederheid. Ga voor verwijde pupillen en een zucht van verlichting. Ga voor kippenvel van je tenen tot je kruin.
En ga voor een ultieme ontspanning waar een
Tibetaanse monnik alleen maar van kan dromen.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is appropriatly wheaty with noticeable elderflower, citrussy notes. Flavour is mild sweet and light bitter with a hint of sourness from the wheat. Body is medium. Bright and sunny beer as intended, well-made.

Bottle at home, hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, banana, sweet. Taste is the same, sweet, citrus, wheat, banana. ok

Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, wheaty, citrus, vlierbloesem, fris, zoetig, klein zuurtje. (9-4-2023).
