Our classic Tripel with the touch of Ceylon tea, has now the perfect amount of yuzu added. Pure and crisp, tender, yet strong, this beer is just ambrosial. Malt sweetness, tropical, honey, cereals, fine flowers and earthy hop notes, balance the citrusy, tart flavour of the fruit.
A sweet and tangy aftertaste lingers on the pallet with an alcohol warmth.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks interesting. Beer in the glass cloudy amber. Small head. Alcoholic malty aroma. Starts intense spicy-malty, more and more alcoholic. Herbal hints, some spicy honey. Finish could be a bit more balanced. Not bad.
