Specifically, this IPA that’s loaded with Cashmere & Simcoe. Cashmere got its name…we assume…from its soft fluffy cone structure and not from its dark and complex aromatics of blackberry, spruce, cedar, & lilac. But those flavors do pair well with ruby red grapefruit and pine from the Simcoe, and create this well rounded Winter-esque profile perfectly suited for right now.
