Inkhorn Brewing初となるピルスナーの登場です。比較的新しいドイツ産ホップ品種、Diamantをドライホップで使用したためノーブル系のアロマとフレーバーを最初から最後まで楽しめます。通常のピルスナーよりも少し長めの余韻を作るためにスペルトとウィートを入れて、クリーンな苦味をSimcoeから出しました。見た目は濁っていてHazy IPAっぽいですが、飲んだらノーブルホップとラガー酵母というギャップも楽しめます。鳥の群れという意味のFlockと、高いと言われるラガー酵母の凝集性という意味のFlocculationが名前の由来です。

This pilsner is dry-hopped with a fairly new German hop variety called Diamant (thanks @beerbasti). This dry-hop addition gave the beer a long lasting noble hop aroma and flavors. Simcoe in the kettle was intended to provide clean bitterness that stays just long enough with the addition of wheat malt and spelt malt in the grist. The name came from the words “flock” and “flocculation”.
