2月頃に梅の木とかでよく見かける鳥が名前の由来なので、発音のアクセントが平坦な感じになります。アロマとフレーバーはトロピカル、シトラス、ちょっとダンクな感じがありHazyな見た目に違和感なく入ります。Incognitoを煮沸後のワールプールで使いました。バッチサイズにしてはかなりの量のIncognitoを使用し、ホップ感しっかりめ。苦味はHazyにしては強めの仕上がりになってますが、口当たりと後味に滑らかさがあるため、ジューシーな印象が強めに出てます。
The name of the beer comes from the bird “Japanese White-eye”, not the name of the place(where the brewery is situated). Tropical and citrus aroma and flavors are enhanced by the silky and juicy mouthfeel. A lot of Citra Incognito went into this batch after the boil, and it provided extra juicy texture in addition to the bitterness that balances out the fruitiness at the end.

super turbid golden amber color. The hops don’t jump out at you, but the low dank tropical fruit character is there. A bit interesting and tempting. Mangoes,
Pineapple and guava. Dank.
Medium low bitterness. Juicy AF. Oh yeah. Love this. And this is three weeks old. The mouthfeel is great the body is slightly heavy but works perfect. This is excellent
