House West Coast IPA recipe, with some modern advancements made to push hop character throughout the beer. Big aromatics of pine needles and orange blossom with assertive bitterness for balance. Made with hand selected Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Chinook, and Cascade hops.

Colors in this image a little off - bottom of the label is actually a grayish green. Aromas are resin, cut grass and a bit of brown sugar. Flavors are similar to nose, just slightly more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. Body is a little chewy. Not bad.

Sampled from the tap at First Draft MN. Pours a clear gold with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has grassy pine and a light leafy note with some citrus rind and bread supporting. Flavor has dank pine and earthy onion with a bit of dankness and rind underlying.
