12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/10/2015. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, apricot, passion fruit, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light honey, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, apricot, passion fruit, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light honey, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good sized pine/herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, apricot, passion fruit, lemon/orange peel, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitterness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately sticky/resinous, and fairly creamy/bready balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is an incredible DIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Can from Marcus. Pours translucent gold with a creamy white head. Aroma has a light dank note, and lots of fruit and citrus. Med + body. Flavor doesn’t quite make it to a dank note, but could be close. Lots of fruit and citrus. Smooth, not harsh, but strong, bitter. Gets very prunus; maybe even mostly apricot there. Quite tasty and refreshing.

Can thanks to Craig! Appearance - golden with a light hoppy haze and a nicely proportioned head. Nose - a big hop effect, culminating in something aloe vera or geranium like. Big resin note. Taste - passion fruit but still the massive green resin thing, as well green pepper. Orange tangy finish. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy and crunchy texture and a dry crunchy finish. Overall - loads of vegetation, not much in the terms of citrus fruit, though some tropical. Interesting and good. But is it more interesting than good?

Pours light gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Dusty tropical fruit aromas. Medium bodied with hot caramel upfront turning to bitter varnish in the lasting finish. Not as big on this one as others.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon lime and grapefruit citrus mostly. Tastes of lemon lime and grapefruit citrus, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel. Fairly simple but enjoyable.
