Re-creating tick from Untappd. Smells spicy but doesn’t taste it, pretty good! Thanks Leah!

Panda at home thanks to Cloin. Pours hazy amber with no discernable head. Aroma is malt, caramel, grain, chilli. Taste is malt, caramel, grain, chilli. Chilli is well balanced in. Decent enough.

Panda at home, big thanks to Graham/Grumbo, 10/10/23. Almost clear golden to light copper with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose carries a good chilli rip, grains, herb, straw, red peppers. Taste comprises light habanero, fruit esters, light red chilli, some sweet notes in the background, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Different for a rare country tick ... one of the better ... a well balanced chilli beer.

22/9/2023. Bottle courtesy of Reuben. This should be my RateBeer county #222 but St Barth isn’t a country…yet… Pours hazy golden amber with a short lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma has nice peppery chilli notes, with toffee, malt, and fruit. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, with very slight chilli warmth. Moderate body, average carbonation. Quite liked this.
