Created in memory of Portland Publican Don Younger, whose vigorous support of others helped many to prosper.The beer in this bottle is flat and was aged for at least four years in rye, bourbon, port and rum barrels, showing pleasing aromas of candied orange, black pepper and ripe cherries. The flavor evolves from rich brown sugar to ripe apricot.

Bottle thanks to Paul. Pours a dark muddy brown with no head. The aroma is dark fruit, toffee, wood, bourbon. Slick body, tobacco, wood, licorice, raisin, toffee, alcohol burn in finish, very nice.
