Bring your taste buds on a lively adventure with this crushable 4% lightly-soured ale brewed with hibiscus flower and lemon. It’s zesty and zingy in equal measure. Hibiscus has a distinct flavour when used in brewing. Up front is a fruity tartness, with a subtle sweetness lingering in the background with a delicate hint of raspberry. There are also floral qualities too, not least with the aroma of rose petals and wildflowers. We added lemon to the recipe just for an extra citrus kick, guaranteeing this summer-style beer will pulverize your thirst.

Pinky color and a white head. Fruity, red berries, sour. Rather lite body, firs perfekt to summer feeling g: crisp, refreshing, tart. Nice.
