This robust offering is composed of a blend of apples harvested from feral apple trees wild fermented and aged a full year. This dry, naturally clear cider is then blended with a healthy addition of freeze pressed bio-dynamic Aronia berry wine. The result is a slightly smoky, berry forward cider with a mouthful of sharp tannins.
