0,33L bottle, BB 18.12.2014. Pours red copper with tan head. The small head stays. Aroma is fruits, pine, malt, caramel. Flavor is sweet, grass, pine, fruits, citrus, caramel. Finish is pine and grapefruit bitter. Overall: nice brew.

on tap at Élesztő; slightly reddish brown colour, medium sized beige-ish head;aroma of citussy-grassy hops, dried fruits and apple(?), some caramel, maybe roasted coffee and hints of alcohol; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness and roastedness not balanced by malts - a bit watery and less bodied, but otherwise ok (to be honest, based on its aroma and taste, it is more like a black IPA than a barley wine for me)

On tap. Hazy orangish brown body, light brown head. Aroma of caramel, cocoa and lots of citrusy hops. Taste of piny, citrusy hops, chocolate and caramel. Perhaps it’s just me, but I couldn’t quite get the reisins that were used during the maturation, but still very nice.
