Elegantní, komplexní, voňavý. Vůně je příjemně sladká, ucelená, nese v sobě lehce ovocné a kořeněné tóny, ze kterých nejvíce vynikne koriandr a sladké citrusy, s velmi jemným pepřovým nádechem. Chuťová paleta je sladová a sahá skoro až ke sladkému pečivu, ale nese si i lehkou kyselost a přídechy citrusu a koření, takže spíš než k obyčejnému sladkému pečivu by se pivo dalo přirovnat k dortu s ovocným krémem. Witbier se hodí k lehkým, svěžím jídlům, rybám a mořským plodům, jemným sýrům.

750ml bottle [at 4.8% abv]. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity, minimally spicy and citrusy fruity aroma, hints of unripe banana, orange peel, a touch of coriander, banana bread. Taste is wheaty malty and peppery spicy, minimally bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity, hints of coriander, a touch of orange peel. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, dense, lively carbonation. Rather cautious, a bit overcarbonated - not really convincing.

Tap at MVP 2024, Olomouc. Thik Jiří Č! Hazy paaale yellow body, white head. Coriander in the tart, wheaty aroma. Smooth wheat malt taste, bit citric, light coriander, generally well balanced and fine.

getrunken als Čmelák, wobei dieser Name nichts mit dem tschechischen Wort chmel für Hopfen zu tun hat, sondern sich auf das tschechische Kleinflugzeug 🛩️ Let Z-37 Čmelák (dt.: Hummel) 🐝 bezieht. Es ist ein leichtes, blickdichtes Witbier mit starker Fruchtigkeit und weniger Gewürzen und die Früchte wirken ein bisschen alt und faulig. Es lässt sich schon nett trinken, aber hat einen obstsauren Beigeschmack, der mir nicht gefällt.

(tap 0,5l @ Dobré pivo (Brno)) Overall: Ok spicy. Could be less malty, more attenuated and more refreshing for Wit. Aroma: Light sweet, spicy, coriander, wheat malt. Appearance: Hazy dark golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Medium sweet, wheat malt, coriander. Palate: Medium body. Creamy texture. Light bitter, astringent finish.
