0,355L bottle. Pours golden with white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Flavor is sweet, fruits, citrus, orange, malt, almost no bitterness and no finish. Body is thin. Overall: easy to drink, but just too damn bland.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance had a fairly decent looking pale orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute.
There was some light foamy trickling lacing sliding into the beer.
The taste was mainly bitter but without anything really showing exactly why it’s bitter. Faded hops, just how old is this? I’m not exactly sure why I can’t find a date anywhere.
The smell was, hmmmm...grainy I guess.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with not much of a sessionability about it as it just seemed to be bitter to bitter, unbalanced for the most part.
Overall, I wish I had a date on this beer I thought Red Hook was good about that. If I could pull it off, I’d only try this fresh, something didn’t just seem right.

Bottle from Desmond’s Next Door, Kimmage, Dublin [100714]
Golden amber, frothy white head, slight lacing
Aroma of soft sweet light caramel, nothing else
Taste of soft sweet light caramel, very slight bitter hop, touch of honey biscuit, light flavour, hardly any hops at all, bland, rather non-descript
Palate - soft carb, light to medium body, bit oily, soft sweet. Finish as main flavour, cleans off palate
Overall - Little going on here, no off aroma and flavours so not too bad to drink

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a large creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy bread dough and corn. The flavor was tart and tangy with notes of bread dough, corn and black pepper. Medium length finish. light to medium body. Not good.

Bottle at Caf Fiasco, Oslo. Pours a slightly hazy light orange colour with a small, off-white, creamy head. Has a fruity aroma with peaches, fruity hops, mown grass, hay and citrus. Sweet flavour of tropical fruit and more fruity hops, and is a little dry in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A fruity and easy drinking ale.

Nothing remarkable in this brew, sort of flat and bland. Amber brew with little head, mild flavor and milder aroma.
