Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange with a thin white head. Steady carbonation.
Nose - subtle apple and saison yeast.
Taste - apple, then creamy and sour apple with yeast.
Palate - light bodied, creamy and despite not having much in the way of fruity high notes, it is pretty smashable and drinks more quickly than the slightly higher ABV.
Overall - nice.

BIAB at Town Mouse, Newcastle. Hazed pale gold colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, oak hint. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, sourish, with alittle funk, wood, yeast and light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable
