Pours a hazy pale gold, with a frothy white head, and a mildly bitter fruit aroma. The hop character reveals itself immediately in the taste, there's a big dollop of bitterness on top of a mellow fruity base, and a peppery quality to the flavour, with the bitterness continuing into the

Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde. Clear golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma of grapefruit peel, pear, apple, herbs, pine, spruce, moist pepper. Taste has sweetish apple & pear, vague peach, bitter herbs, pine & grapefruit peel on a bready malty base. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, herbal & spicy-yeasty. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Decent earthy ale.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy amber pour with a thin white head; aroma of pine and citrus; big burst of hops in the mouth, with pine resin, tropical fruit and black pepper; and a tart lip-smacking finish. Just how an IPA should be.

Mini tasting session with myself, at home on 20th Nov 2020. 330ml can from Beer52; BB 9th Oct 2021. Light haze to the golden body, thin white head. Hoppy from start to finish, both citrus and piney notes in the nose and taste, not too bitter though, liked it, the first beer of 5 in my little tasting session.

330ml can. Hazy gold, small white head, plenty of lacing; looks good. Aroma of herbs, lemon, orange resin, pine; big Sorachi hop notes as described on tin. Body is moderate, a little syrupy on palate, soft carbonation; fine Taste is quite sweet, herbs, citrus, orange, pine, a little dank. Moderate-strong bitterness. Not sure if sorachi hops is really my thing but I love the fact they didn't hold back and just went for it. Big hoppy IPA.
