Son of the Smith × BEERKICHI × Yuya Boys × AMAKUSA SONAR BEERの4社コラボ。Son of the SmithのハカセとFUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'24 Pyramid Gardenの為に醸造したスペシャルビール❝大量晩柑❞‼夏に旬を迎え、すっきりとした甘みが特徴的な、天草晩柑を大量に使用したフルーツサワー。晩柑を野生酵母で醸した発酵酒に、エイジングホップの渋みを利かせた麦汁を加えさらに発酵。甘酸っぱく奥行きのある柑橘のアロマに、和製グレープフルーツともいえるすっきりとした酸味と苦味が心地よい仕上がりです。しっかり冷やしても、少し温度を上げて飲むのもオススメ‼是非、温度変化もお楽しみ下さい。

A weird one. Lots of apple cider vinegar, an odd wheat and peach note. It’s a bit all over the place, like a big collaboration where no one is in control. Dr, modestly tart, malty with tannins. Honestly don’t know what to make of this but not a fan of
