We teamed up with the mythical creatures of Elm Creek Brewing for this legendary IPA we’ve christened Boil ‘em Mash ‘em Stick ‘em in a Stew. The combination of Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Cryo, Riwaka, and Motueka hops yields a perfect blend of funky white grape, orange, and apricot flavors, with a hint of bubble gum.

Can. Pours a clear yellow with a medium white head. Sweet lemon, perfume. Sweet, lemons, big malts. Very rich. Vanilla.

Aromas are fresh slightly sweet citrus with a bit of resin. Flavors are similar to nose, add in some MJ, with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Full-bodied slightly soft and finish is a touch sweet. Very nice beer.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Pours a hazy, glowing golden banana yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a touch gassy, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow. Mouthfeel is fairly crisp, with some softness. Moderate to above levels of hop bitterness in the finish.
