This hoppy wheat ale/white ipa with Pilsner Malt, Wheat malt and wheat flakes.

For hops we used a combination of Chinook, Citra and Centennial both for bittering and dryhop

A clear pale golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of wheat malt, yeast, yellow fruits. Taste of dry wheat malt, some spices, grains.

Süffiger, trocken herb-hopfiger Beginn, wenig hefig, frisch. Spritzig, hopfig-würzig, helles Malz, rund. Kurzer Abgang, nicht spannend aber fehlerfrei, nett. 10/11/10/10/9/10

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma is lemon-ish, citrusy, wheat. Flavor is similar, wheat and cireusy flavors dominate. Quite refreshing and light. Not bad.
