Bottle shared. Opaque pitch black color, no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, soft roast, maple, maple sweetness, liquor, whisky I guess? Heavy but good. Warming alcohol finish. 8-8,5-9-8-8,5

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a pitch black with a finger of brown head that dissipates quickly. Big bourbon focused nose with oak, vanilla, warming bourbon and dark chocolate all present. Palate is very similar with a sweet chocolate note and more vanilla. A slight char note is present as it warms. Boozy, chocolate-forward BA stout goodness present. Great stuff!

Sweet and boozy, quite viscous. Bourbon, maple, vanilla and coffee, turns a touch dry in the finish. Rich, strong, very nice.

Smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with loads of coffee, maple, bourbon, vanilla, chocolate sauce, some warming alcohol and oaky toffee fudge in the finish. Pretty tasty slow sipper.
