奈良醸造６周年を記念したアメリカンIPA。最初に造ったビール「PUBLIC PRESSURE（パブリックプレッシャー）」のレシピをベースに、よりホップの特徴をくっきりと出すことにチャレンジしたビールです。

グラスに鼻を寄せれば、たっぷりとしたホップの香り。Galaxyホップ由来のパッションフルーツを思わせるトロピカルさと、Mosaicホップ由来の柑橘の香りを存分に感じられるでしょう。ボディのしっかりとした麦の風味に７％というやや高めなアルコールがあいまって、非常に飲みごたえのある仕上がりになりました。

以前から温めていたアイデアのひとつが、敢えてハイアルコールにすることでホップの香りをよりビールに閉じ込めることができるのではないか、という一つの仮説。マスク着用が余儀なくされていた期間、マスクの下で考えていたそんなことを今回の6周年ビールでようやく形とすることができました。

Six years have passed quickly, filled with hard work and passion. From our humble beginnings to overcoming the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we've learned that finding joy in the unpredictable is essential.

Our 6th anniversary beer brings out the characteristics of American IPAs, particularly West Coast IPAs, more distinctly than ever. You'll savor tropical notes of passion fruit from Galaxy hops, complemented by citrus aromas from Mosaic hops. With a robust malt body and a 7% ABV, this beer offers a deeply satisfying drinking experience.
